摘  要:为改善聚氨酯固固相变材料改性沥青的低温蠕变性能,引入SBS制备PUP/SBS复合改性沥青.采用动态剪切流变和弯曲梁流变试验,研究复合改性沥青的高低温流变性能,并借助红外光谱、荧光显微镜和原子力显微镜分析了复合改性的机制.结果表明,随着PUP质量分数的增加,PUP改性沥青的高温抗车辙性能提高而低温蠕变性能下降.PUP质量分数为10%的改性沥青的车辙因子为31.75 kPa,蠕变劲度模量为446.52 MPa,蠕变速率为0.22.PUP/SBS复合改性沥青的高低温流变性能较PUP改性沥青均明显提高,PUP质量分数为10%、SBS质量分数为5%的复合改性沥青的PG分级结果为82-21,分级温度范围较好.PUP和SBS对沥青的复合改性均为物理改性,SBS在PUP与沥青之间形成交联作用,复合改性后沥青的微观抗裂性能和弹性明显提高.To improve the low-temperature creep performance of polyurethane solid-solid phase change material modified asphalt,the composite modified asphalt of polyurethane solid-solid phase change materials(PUP)and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)was prepared.Dynamic shear rheology and bending beam rheology tests were used to study the high-and low-temperature rheological properties of the composite modified asphalt.The mechanism of the composite modification was explored by infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence microscopy,and atomic force microscopy.The results show that the high-temperature rutting resistance of asphalt increases while the low-temperature creep performance decreases with the increase of the mass fraction of PUP.The rutting factor,the creep modulus stiffness,and the creep rate of the modified asphalt with the PUP mass fraction of 10%are 31.75 kPa,446.52 MPa,and 0.22,respectively.The high-and low-temperature rheological performance of PUP/SBS composite modified asphalt is better than that of PUP modified asphalt.The performance grade(PG)of the composite modified asphalt with the PUP mass fraction of 10%and the SBS mass fraction of 5%is 82-21 with a good grading temperature range.The composite modification of asphalt by PUP and SBS is a physical modification.SBS forms cross-linking between PUP and asphalt.The microscopic anti-cracking properties and the elasticity of asphalt are improved after the composite modification.
