加味金匮肾气丸对弱精子症患者精子质量及精浆果糖浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究加味金匮肾气丸对弱精子症患者精子质量及精浆果糖浓度的影响。方法:选取2019年6月1日—2020年5月31日天津中医药大学第一附属医院男科收治的81例男性不育患者,随机分为治疗组43例,对照组38例,治疗组以加味金匮肾气丸饮片剂型煎汤口服120 mL,2次/d;对照组口服麒麟丸6 g/次,2次/d。两组均治疗3个月。于治疗前、后检测血雄激素、精子活力、精子形态特征及精浆果糖水平,并评价其安全性。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率差异无统计学意义(88.4%vs 76.3%,P>0.05)。治疗前,两组间精子形态特征、活力、精浆果糖浓度及血清睾酮水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组精液各项参数及血清睾酮水平均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05);治疗组精子形态特征、活力、果糖浓度及血清睾酮水平较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗期间无不良事件发生,患者依从性良好。结论:加味金匮肾气丸可显著提高精子质量及精浆果糖浓度,改善患者雄激素水平,安全性良好,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of modified Jingui Shenqi Pill on fructose concentration in seminal plasma of patients with asthenospermia.Methods 81 male infertility patients admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Tianjin university of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 1st,2019 to May 31st,2020 were selected,who were randomly divided into treatment group(43 cases)and control group(38 cases).The treatment group was treated with modified Jingui Shenqi Pill in the form of decoction pieces,and decocted decoction was taken orally 120 mL,twice a day;The control group took Qilin pill 6 g once,twice a day.Three-months period is one treatment cycle.The semen parameters,androgen levels and safety were evaluated before and after treatment.Results There were no statistically significant differences in total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(88.4%vs 76.3%,P>0.05).Both groups of treatment significantly increased sperm viability,seminal fructose concentration and androgen level(P<0.05).The improvements of sperm viability,seminal fructose concentration and androgen level in the treatment group were also significantly improved compared with the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no adverse events during the treatment period,and the patient's compliance was good.Conclusion Modified Jingui Shenqi Pill can significantly improve sperm quality and seminal fructose concentration.It can improve the androgen level of patients,with good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
