中医药传承创新视域下探析陈玉峰学术思想

摘　　要：中医药的发展离不开传承和创新,吉林省著名中医陈玉峰教授对此有深刻的理解。陈老认为,《内经》为医者必读的医学著作,书中所阐释的辨证施治理论和药物性味与五脏相应等理论对临床诊治疾病有重要影响;重视四诊合参、治病求本;强调继承中医经典的重要性。临床中他运用经典并创新经典,以量小剂轻著称,治疗效果显著。对于中医药未来发展,传承是其根基、创新是其灵魂,只有在继承中医药精髓的同时,再结合临床疾病的特点将其创新运用,才能使中医药在未来有光明的前景,才能真正解决疾病给人们带来的痛苦。The development of traditional Chinese medicine is inseparable from inheritance and innovation,and Professor Chen Yufeng,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Jilin Province,had a profound understanding of this.Professor Chen Yufeng believed that《Neijing》was a medical work that must be read by doctors,and the theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the theory of the nature and flavour of drugs corresponding to the five zang viscera explained in the book had an important influence on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Professor Chen Yufeng attached great importance to the integration of four diagnostic methods and sought the root causes of the diseases;he emphasized the importance of inheriting the classics of traditional Chinese medicine.In clinical practice,professor Chen Yufeng used classics and innovated classics,and his treatment medication was known for its small dose,with significant therapeutic effects.For the future development of traditional Chinese medicine,inheritance is foundation and innovation is soul.Only by inheriting the essence of traditional Chinese medicine and combining it with the characteristics of clinical diseases to innovate and apply it,can traditional Chinese medicine have the bright prospects in the future and truly solve the pain of the patients caused by diseases.
