巴黎奥运会周期我国男乒主要竞争对手张本智和打法特点及制胜规律研究  

A Study on the Playing Style and Winning Pattern of Tomokazu Harimoto,a Major Competitor against Chinas Male Table Tennis Players in the Paris Olympics Quadrennium

摘　　要：本研究采用文献资料、数理统计、录像观察以及乒乓球三段指标评估等研究方法,对张本智和战胜中国男乒主力队员的几场重要比赛进行统计分析,为中国乒乓球男子代表队备战2024年巴黎奥运会提供参考。结果发现:①发球抢攻段,张本智和发球以转不转、左侧旋为主,动作隐蔽,上下旋分明,发球落点以全台内短球为主,第三板抢攻意识出色,以反手拉和正手挑为主要抢攻手段;②接发球抢攻段,张本智和的反手拧拉是其接发球的主要技术,第四板多以防守为主,伺机反攻为辅,造成此段看着主动,实则被动的接发球局面;③相持段,张本智和的比赛重心集中在前四板的争夺上,相持是其比赛的薄弱环节,比赛一旦拖入相持段,其优势基本上荡然无存;④张本智和的制胜规律主要体现在三个方面:快字当头是其制胜的主要法宝,心理稳定是其制胜的有力保障,特长突出是其制胜的鲜明技术特征。This research utilizes literature review,statistical analysis,video observations,and evaluation based on three indicators of table tennis performance to analyze Tomokazu Harimotos victories against key players from the Chinese mens table tennis team in several important matches.The findings provide insights for the Chinese mens table tennis teams preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympics.The results reveal the following:(1)In the serving and attacking phase,Harimoto predominantly employs spins,including variations and left-side spins,with concealed actions and clear distinction between topspin and underspin.He delivered short serves the most.His exceptional backhand drive and forehand lift are the primary offensive techniques in third-stroke attacks.(2)During the receive and counter-attack phase,Harimotos primary technique is the backhand twist,while his fourth shots were mostly defensive,with occasional opportunities for counter-attacks.This created a situation where he appeared proactive but is,in fact,more passive in receiving serves.(3)In prolonged rallies,Harimoto's focus lied in the battle for the first four shots,while he struggles when the game enters a prolonged rally,diminishing his advantages.(4)Harimotos winning patterns revolve around three main aspects:a strong emphasis on quick attacks,psychological stability as a solid foundation for success,and remarkable technical sklls as his distinguishing feature.
