英国奥运备战的成功经验及其对我国的启示  

Success Factors in the British Preparations for the Olympics and the Implications for China

摘　　要：本研究从组织管理、资金投入、运动员培养、教练员发展和科技保障5个方面,对英国奥运备战的成功经验进行总结和归纳,以此为我国奥运备战提供借鉴。研究认为:英国奥运备战经验主要包括构建多元主体协同的备战管理模式、注重经费投入和经费分配双向强化、紧密围绕奥运竞争力选拔和培养运动员、强调教练员队伍能力建设、高度重视科技创新的驱动作用。启示:构建政府宏观调控、多方力量参与的备战主体;建立资金多元投入格局,制定高效透明的经费使用政策;拓宽奥运选手来源渠道,优化运动员培养机制;重视教练员能力提升,打造国际化教练员队伍;坚持体科结合,完善奥运备战科研体系。We summarized and categorized the success factors in the preparations of the British Olympic team from five aspects:organizational management,funding investment,athlete development,coach development,and technological support.The aim of the study is to provide insights and lessons for Chinas Olympic preparations.We identified the following key success factors in British Olympic preparations:a diverse and collaborative organizational management model,a focus on reinforcing funding investment and distribution,close alignment with Olympic competitiveness in athlete selection and development,emphasis on coach capacity building,and a high regard for the driving role of technological innovation.SUGGESTIONS:Establishing a model of macro-regulation with government involvement and participation from multiple stakeholders,adopting a diverse funding investment pattern and efficient transparent funding utilization policies,expanding the talent pool for athletes and optimizing athlete development mechanisms,prioritizing coach capacity enhancement and building an internationally competitive coaching team,and promoting the integration of sports science and technology while improving the research system for Olympic preparations.
