摘　　要：当前我国反恐形势严峻复杂,贯穿全国的开放式道路交通干线和高速公路成为暴恐分子逃窜的重要通道,安全保卫和风险防范难度较大,给公安机关打击预防违法犯罪带来了新的挑战。在严峻的反恐斗争中,公安检查站已经成为道路交通反恐维稳的重要防线,然而,当前公安检查站的查控工作却面临诸多挑战,如高速公路主线收费站拆除带来的冲击,高等级勤务增多带来的压力,科技信息化水平偏低带来的局限等。面对时代发展带来的新需求,要开展好公安检查站通道查控工作,需对检查站的设置进行合理规划,并从提升查控工作理念、科学调整勤务模式、提高智慧警务水平等方面全面提升预防和打击犯罪以及服务群众的能力水平。At present,the fight against terrorism in China is pressing and complex.The open trunk roads and highway throughout the nation can be used as escape routes by violent terrorists,so it’s difficult to protect the road safety and prevent the risks.It is a new challenge for public security organs to fight and prevent the crime.In the battle against terrorism,the public security checkpoints make an important defense for road safety.However,the checkpoints are confronted with many challenges in search and control routines,such as the inconvenience for the removal of toll station on the highway,the pressure from high level special service,the lack of technology and information application,etc.In order to meet the new needs of social development and routine service,the police checkpoint should make a considerate plan for its location,and comprehensively enhance its capabilities of crime prevention and service to people by deepening the understanding,reforming the service modes,promoting smart policing,etc.
