摘 要:研发了一种轻钢-尾砂微晶发泡板组合墙,为研究该组合墙抗震性能,进行了4个足尺试件的低周反复荷载试验。分析了不同参数试件的破坏特征、承载力、滞回性能、刚度退化和耗能能力。进行了有限元数值模拟,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。研究表明:轻钢-尾砂微晶发泡板组合墙的轻钢龙骨、钢筋和尾砂微晶发泡板受力时协同工作。尾砂微晶发泡板强度的提升,增强了对轻钢龙骨的约束作用,提高了试件的抗震性能。在龙骨间填充粉煤灰砌块后,增强了对龙骨的约束作用,改变了组合墙破坏形态,并显著提高了组合墙的抗震性能。当尾砂微晶发泡板采用拼板时,由于拼板墙体整体性较差,对轻钢龙骨约束能力减弱,其承载力、刚度以及耗能能力均较大程度被减弱,在考虑抗震设计时不宜采用拼板的构造形式。A kind of composite wall of light steel and tailings microcrystal foamed plate(SMF composite wall)was proposed.In order to study the seismic performance of SMF composite wall,four low reversed cyclic loading tests of full-scale specimens were carried out.The failure characteristics,bearing capacity,hysteretic behavior,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of specimens with different parameters were analyzed.The finite element numerical simulation was carried out,and the calculated results were in good agreement with the test results.The research results show that the light steel,reinforcement and tailings microcrystal foamed plate of the SMF composite wall work together under load.The increase of strength of tailings microcrystal foamed plate enhances the restraint effect on light steel and improves the seismic performance of the specimen.After filling fly ash blocks between the light steel keels,the restraining effect was enhanced and the failure mode of composite wall was changed.The seismic performance of the composite wall was significantly improved.When the tailings microcrystal foamed plate was made of splice plate,due to the poor integrity of the panel wall,the restraint capacity to the light steel keel was weakened,and its bearing capacity,stiffness and energy consumption capacity were weakened to a large extent.Therefore,the splice plate should not be used when considering the seismic design.
