摘  要:为解决深部高应力破碎巷道难支护、矿山尾砂污染环境、利用渠道匮乏等问题,以锦丰金矿30中段水仓作为工程背景,在分析巷道变形特征基础上,提出以尾砂为主要填充材料的钢管尾砂支架。通过数值试验分析钢管尾砂支架、钢管混凝土支架和U型钢支架的承载性能,试验表明:同一侧压力系数条件下,钢管尾砂支架受力大致与U型钢支架相同,约为钢管混凝土支架的两倍,变形量相比于U型钢支架降低了10%~30%。在工程实践中,基于3种类型支架的支护方案,在支护完成45天后,围岩逐渐稳定,变形量没有明显地增加,巷道围岩稳定性得到有效控制。In order to solve the problems such as difficulty in supporting for deep high stress broken roadway,environment pollution caused by mine tailings and lack of utilization channels,with the water bin in the 30 middle section of Jinfeng gold mine as the engineering background and through the analysis of the deformation characteristics of the roadway,the steel pipe tailings support with tailings as the main flling material is proposed.Numerical tests are conducted to analyze the load-bearing performance of stel pipe tailings support,steel pipe concrete support and U-shaped steel support,and the test results show that under the same lateral pressure coefficient,the force of steel pipe tailings support is approximately the same as that of U-shaped steel support,which is about twice that of steel pipe concrete support,and the deformation of the steel pipe tailings support is reduced by 10%to 30%compared with that of U-shaped steel support.In engineering practice,for the support scheme based on 3 types of supports,45 days after the support is completed,the wall rock gradually stabilizes without significant increase in deformation,and the stability of the roadway wall rock is effectively controlled.
