摘 要:鞍钢东部矿区尾矿再选采用“预富集-流态化磁化焙烧-磁选”的选矿工艺,预富集流程采用“一次弱磁-一次强磁-磨矿-二次弱磁-二次强磁”的选矿工艺,优化为采用“一次弱磁-一次强磁-旋流器细筛联合分级”的选矿工艺,节省了投资和运行成本。预富集精矿进行流态化磁化焙烧后,原工艺流程是“造浆-磨矿-磁选”,根据试验报告焙烧磁化率为89.17%,还有10.83%的弱磁性铁矿物没有被磁化。因此,优化后的工艺流程是“造浆-磁选-磨矿”,可以提前将没有磁化的弱磁性铁矿物抛尾,大量减少入磨矿量。The beneficiation process of"pre-concentration-fluidized magnetization roasting-magnetic separation"is adopted for tailings re-concentration in eastern mining area of Ansteel and the process of"primary low-intensity magnetic separation-primary high-intensity magnetic separation-grinding-secondary low-intensity magnetic separation-secondary high-intensity magnetic separation"is adopted for the pre-concentation process.The pre-concentration process is optimized to the beneficiation process of"primary low-intensity magnetic separation-primary high-intensity magnetic separation-cyclone and fine-mesh screen combined classification",which saves investment and operating costs.Following fluidized magnetization roasting of pre-concentrated concentrate,the original process is"pulping-grinding-magnetic separation".According to the test report,the magnetization rate of roasting is 89.17%,and 10.83%of weakly magnetic iron minerals are not magnetized.Therefore,the optimized processflow is"pulping-magnetic separation-grinding",which can discard the weakly magnetic iron minerals without magnetization in advance and greatly reduce the grinding feeds.
