摘 要:高钛型钒钛矿烧结由于其特有的矿物与烧结特性,矿物熔点高、烧结液相量少、矿物组成复杂、强度差等特性,成品率长期低于普通矿烧结。为此研发多项强化烧结与抗粉碎抗摔打的技术并应用于实践。在工艺技术改进与优化方面开展了提高料层烧结、预热烧结、优化配矿、锥形逆流衬板强化混匀与制粒、点火后料面喷吹蒸汽、单辊结构与尺寸优化,降低料层阻力技术;对成品运输系统进行了降低转运落差高度、采用柔性转运技术、改进漏子结构等多项技术改进,减轻了烧结矿冲击、摔打、粉化,改善了烧结矿粒度。钒钛矿烧结提高成品率取得重要技术进展,成品率从74.53%逐年提高到78.51%,五年进步平均达到76.91%,提高了2.16%,技术经济效果明显。Due to the unique mineral and sintering characteristics of high titanium vanadium and titanium magnetite,i.e.,high melting point of minerals,low amount of sintered liquid phase,complex mineral composition,poor strength and other characteristics,the sinter yield rate of vanadium and titanium magnetite has been lower than that of ordinary ore for a long time.To this end,a number of technologies for strengthening sintering and resisting smashing and beating are developed and applied in practice.In terms of process technology improvement and optimization,work has been done to improve material bed sintering and preheating sintering,optimize ore blends,enhance mixing and granulation with conical countercurrent liner,inject steam on the surface of the material after ignition,optimize the structure and size of single rollers,and reduce the resistance of the material bed.Many technological improvements have been made for the finished product transportation system,such as lowering the transfer drop height,adopting flexible transfer technology,improving the funnel substructure,so as to reduce the impact,beating and pulverization of sinter and improve the particle size of sinter.Significant technological progress has been made and obvious technical and economic effects have been obtained in improving the sinter yield of vanadium-titanium magnetite.The yield has increased from 74.53%to 78.51%year by year,and average five-year progress has reached 76.91%,up by 2.16%.
