摘　　要：下乡资本的商业逻辑与农村社会的乡土逻辑存在张力,资本下乡过程中面临土地成本、生产秩序、劳动监督等困境。中农借助国家农业政策防止“非粮化非农化”倾向以及资本悬浮性特征,遵循乡土本位和市场理性双重行动逻辑,通过内生性优势降低生产经营成本;密切联合小农以增强发展根基,争取与资本优势互补、分工合作获得共存发展空间,充分体现出中农群体在强势资本挤压下的生存智慧与应对策略。实现中农与资本长效合作,可以有效衔接资本要素和乡村本土资源,健全资本与农户利益联结机制,促进乡村产业平稳、可持续发展。There is tension between the commercial logic of capital going to the countryside and the rural logic of rural society.In the process of going to the countryside,capital faces difficulties such as land cost,production order,and labor supervision.The middle peasants use the national agricultural policy to prevent the tendency of"non-food and non-agriculturalization"and the characteristics of capital suspension,follow the dual action logic of local standard and market rationality,reduce production and operation costs through endogenous advantages;Closely cooperate with small farmers to strengthen the foundation of development,and strive to obtain coexistence and development space with capital complementation and division of labor,which fully reflects the survival wisdom and coping strategies of middle peasant groups under the pressure of strong capital.Realizing long-term cooperation between middle peasants and capital can effectively link capital elements and local rural resources,improve the mechanism for linking capital and farmers'interests,and promote the stable and sustainable development of rural industries.
