子女数量对农村妇女非农就业的影响——基于中国妇女社会地位调查的分析

摘　　要：基于第三期“中国妇女社会地位调查”数据,运用倾向得分匹配(PSM)模型,从个体特征、家庭特征维度实证研究具有不同子女数量的家庭对农村妇女非农收入的差异化影响。研究发现:在控制了年龄、受教育程度、健康状况、技能、照料帮助、地区效应等变量外,子女数量依然严重影响农村妇女的非农收入。组群差异结果表明:子女数量增加对农村妇女非农收入的提高有显著的抑制作用,独生子女家庭的农村妇女收入是多个子女家庭的1.57倍;多子女家庭的农村妇女非农收入比独生子女家庭的低14.27~16.14个百分点,两个子女家庭比独生子女家庭低12.61~13.34个百分点;每增加一个子女,农村妇女非农收入下降8.7个百分点,两个子女家庭比独生子女家庭低7.3个百分点。Based on the data of the third"China Women's Social Status Survey",this paper uses the propensity score matching model(PSM)to empirically study the differential impact of families with different number of children on rural women's non-agricultural income from the dimensions of individual characteristics and family characteristics.The study found that the number of children still seriously affected the non-agricultural income of rural women after controlling such variables as age,education level,health status,skills,care and help,and regional effects.The results of group differences showed that the increase in the number of children significantly inhibited the increase of rural women's non-agricultural income,and the income of rural women in the single child family was 1.57 times higher than that in the multi child family;The non farm income of rural women in families with more children is 14.27-16.14 percentage points lower than that in families with only children,and that in families with two children is 12.61-13.34 percentage points lower than that in families with only children;For every additional child,rural women's non farm income decreased by 8.7 percentage points,and the family with two children was 7.3 percentage points lower than that with only one child.
