摘  要:汽车前悬挂的质量优劣直接影响整车的安全性和舒适性。在整车的设计和制造过程中,前悬挂质量对整车性能具有十分重要的影响,因此,要重视前悬挂焊接质量。由于全挂车前悬挂焊接部位特殊,不仅要满足强度、刚度及疲劳强度等要求,而且要满足耐腐蚀性、耐高温性、耐低温性以及耐磨性等要求。因此,在设计制造过程中应遵循以下原则:结构合理、刚性好、强度高;具有良好的密封性;具有较高的疲劳强度;具有较高的耐腐蚀性。在此基础上,对前悬挂焊接技术及质量控制进行详细探讨。The quality of the front suspension of a car directly affects the safety and comfort of the entire vehicle.In the design and manufacturing process of the entire vehicle,the quality of the front suspension has a very important impact on the performance of the vehicle,so attention should be paid to the welding quality of the front suspension.Due to the special welding position of the front suspension of the full trailer,it is not only necessary to meet the requirements of strength,stiffness,and fatigue strength,but also to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance,low temperature resistance,and wear resistance.Therefore,in the design and manufacturing process,the following principles should be followed:reasonable structure,good rigidity,and high strength;Having good sealing performance;Having high fatigue strength;Has high corrosion resistance.On this basis,a detailed discussion will be conducted on the welding technology and quality control of the front suspension.
