摘　　要：大型化是焦炉发展的趋势之一,大型捣固焦炉煤饼稳定问题是困扰焦炉生产的一项行业难题,煤饼不稳定,增大职工劳动量,炉温分布不均匀,生产节奏不稳定,限制了焦炉的达产达效,同时增加了环保风险。所以如何将达到设计要求高度的煤饼平稳、高效地送入碳化室,是必须解决的问题。通过分层捣固的应用及捣固功的调整,在配合煤细度、水分满足相应指标的条件下,6.73m捣固焦炉SCP机操作取得较好的效果。The large scale is one of the trends of the development of coke ovens,the stability of the coal cake of large-scale tamping coke ovens is a industry problem in coke oven production.The instability of coal cake increases the amount of labor of employees,and the uneven distribution of oven temperature and the instability of production rhythm limit the productivity and efficiency of coke ovens and increase environmental risks,so how to smoothly and efficiently send coal cake that achieves the height of design requirements into the carbonization chamber is a problem that must be solved.Through the application of layered tamping and the adjustment of tamping work,the operation of the SCP machine of the 6.73 m tamping coke oven has achieved good results under the condition that the fineness and moisture of the coal meet corresponding indexes.
