摘  要:磷在自然界中通常不以游离状态存在,主要是有机磷和无机磷2种化合物形式。化肥和含磷洗涤剂的过度使用,城市化和工业化的飞速发展,使环境水体中的磷含量不断增加,过量磷流入自然环境引发富营养化等环境问题。水体总磷采用钼酸铵分光光度法进行测定,该方法具有简单、灵敏和显色稳定的优势,适用于地表水和工业污废水的总磷测定。水样消解是钼酸铵分光光度法测定总磷的一个关键步骤,会对测定结果的准确性造成一定影响。本文对钼酸铵分光光度法测定总磷中不同的消解方法进行对比探究,分析采用不同消解方法对实验结果的影响,为总磷测定提供参考价值。Phosphorus typically does not exist in a free state in the natural environment,but mainly in the form of organophosphorus and inorganic phosphorus.Excessive use of fertilizers and phosphorus-containing detergents,along with rapid urbanization and industrialization,has led to an increase in phosphorus content in environmental water bodies and the excessive phosphorus entering the natural environment has resulted in eutrophication and other environmental issues.The determination of total phosphorus in water is conducted using the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method,which possesses advantages such as simplicity,sensitivity,and color stability.It is applicable for the determination of total phosphorus in surface water and industrial wastewater.Sample digestion is a crucial step in the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric determination of total phosphorus,and it can significantly impact the accuracy of the results.This study compares different digestion methods in the determination of total phosphorus using the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method,analyzing the influence of different digestion methods on experimental results and providing reference value for total phosphorus determination.
