摘　　要：目的:对心力衰竭病人饮食行为量表(Scale for Dietary Behaviors in Heart Failure,SDBHF)进行汉化,并检验其信效度,为临床评估心力衰竭病人的饮食行为提供可靠的工具。方法:采用Brislin翻译模型对英文版SDBHF进行正译、回译、文化调适及预试验,形成中文版SDBHF。选择锦州市某三级甲等医院368例心力衰竭病人进行调查,评价量表信效度。结果:中文版SDBHF包括4个维度,共18个条目。量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.844,量表条目水平的内容效度指数为0.714~1.000,平均量表水平的内容效度指数为0.969。探索性因子分析提取出4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为73.765%。结论:中文版SDBHF具有良好的信效度,可以用于测评心力衰竭病人的饮食行为。Objective:To translate the Scale for Dietary Behaviors in Heart Failure(SDBHF)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity,in order to provide reliable tool for evaluating the dietary behavior of heart failure patients.Methods:The English version of SDBHF was translated and culturally adapted using the Brislin translation model,and the Chinese version of SDBHF was developed through pretesting.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of SDBHF were tested by means of questionaire among 368 patients with heart failure in a tertiary grade A hospital in Jinzhou.Result:The the Chinese version of SDBHF included 4 dimensions and 18 items.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.844.The item⁃content validity index(I⁃CVI)ranged from 0.714 to 1.000,and the average of scale⁃content validity index(S⁃CVI/Ave)was 0.969.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 73.765%.Conclusion:The Chinese version of SDBHF had good reliability and validity,and conld be used to evaluate the dietary behavior of patients with heart failure.
