摘　　要：从护理院获得性肺炎(NHAP)的概念、病因学、预防、评估与诊断、治疗与预后等方面进行详细阐述,并对未来研究提出展望,提高对NHAP的重视,以期为我国老年护理院NHAP的预防与管理政策的制定提供一定的理论依据。This article reviewed the concept,etiology,prevention,evaluation and diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of nursing home⁃acquired pneumonia(NHAP),and put forward prospects for future research to improve the attention to NHAP,in order to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of NHAP prevention and management policies in elderly nursing homes in China.
