摘  要:试验旨在研究非植酸磷和植酸酶水平对京红1号商品蛋鸡43~62周龄产蛋性能和蛋壳质量的影响。试验选用产蛋率、体重相近的43周龄京红1号商品蛋鸡1152只,随机分为对照组、试验A组、试验B组、试验C组、试验D组、试验E组6个处理组,每组8个重复,每个重复24只,饲喂玉米-豆粕型饲粮,饲粮非植酸磷水平分别为0.24%、0.17%、0.17%、0.21%、0.21%、0.27%,植酸酶水平分别为750 U/kg、750 U/kg、1500 U/kg、750 U/kg、1500 U/kg、750 U/kg,预试期3周,正试期17周。结果显示:饲粮非植酸磷和植酸酶水平对蛋鸡平均日采食量、平均蛋重、平均日产蛋量、沙皮蛋率、不合格蛋率、蛋壳厚度无显著影响(P>0.05),而对蛋壳强度、蛋壳光泽度有显著影响(P<0.05),其中试验C组46~62周龄蛋壳强度显著高于试验A组和试验E组(P<0.05),试验D组51~52周龄蛋壳强度显著高于试验A、B、E组(P<0.05),试验C组49~50周龄、55~58周龄光泽度显著高于试验A组(P<0.05)。试验C组46~62周龄沙皮蛋率和不合格蛋率均最低。研究表明,玉米-豆粕型饲粮非植酸磷和植酸酶水平分别为0.21%、750 U/kg时,能够提高京红1号商品蛋鸡46~62周龄蛋壳强度和光泽度,降低不合格蛋率。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different non-phytate phosphorus and phytase level on laying performance and eggshell quality of Jinghong No.1 laying hens aged 43 to 62 weeks.A total of 1152 Jinghong No.1 laying hens aged 43 weeks with similar egg production rate and body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 8 replicates per group and 24 hens per replicate.The control group was fed with a corn-soybean meal diet with 0.24%non-phytate phosphorus and 750 U/kg phytase.The other five experimental group(A,B,C,D,E)were fed with the same corn-soybean meal diet with 0.17%,0.17%,0.21%,0.21%,and 0.27%non-phytate phosphorus,and the phytase levels of which were 750 U/kg,1500 U/kg,750 U/kg,1500 U/kg and 750 U/kg,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 3 weeks,and the experimental period lasted for 17 weeks.The results showed as follows:Dietary non-phytate phosphorus level had no significant effect on average dai⁃ly feed intake,average egg weight,average daily egg mass,sand-shell egg percentage,unqualified egg percentage and shell thick⁃ness(P>0.05),and had significant effect on shell strength and shell gloss(P<0.05).The shell strength of group C aged 46 to 62 weeks was significantly higher than that of group A and group E(P<0.05),the shell strength of group D aged 51 to 52 weeks was significantly higher than that of group A,B,E(P<0.05).The shell gloss of group C aged 49 to 50 weeks and 55 to 58 weeks was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The average unqualified egg percentage of group C aged 46 to 62 weeks was the lowest in all groups.The results indicated the diet with 0.21%non-phytate phosphorus and 750 U/kg phytase was beneficial to improve shell strength,shell gloss and reduce unqualified egg percentage of Jinghong No.1 laying hens aged 46 to 62 weeks.
