摘 要:试验旨在探究不同代谢能饲粮对海兰褐产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能、脂质代谢和血清免疫因子的影响。试验选取720只45周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组30个重复,每个重复8只鸡。试验鸡分别饲喂代谢能为10.89 MJ/kg(对照组)、11.09 MJ/kg(试验组A)和11.30 MJ/kg(试验组B)的饲粮,每只鸡限饲125 g/d,预试期为1周,正试期为8周。结果显示:试验组B的平均蛋重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清中总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)含量显著高于对照组和试验组A(P<0.05),血清中溶菌酶(LZM)含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验组A血清中溶菌酶含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究提示:在试验条件下,饲粮代谢能水平为11.09 MJ/kg可以改善产蛋后期蛋鸡血液中免疫因子水平,代谢能水平为11.30 MJ/kg可以增加产蛋后期蛋鸡平均蛋重,加剧血脂在蛋鸡体内的沉积,并降低蛋鸡血液中免疫因子水平。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different metabolizable energy of diet on laying perfor⁃mance,lipid metabolism and serum immune factors of Hy-Line Brown laying hens in the late stage of laying.Seven hundred and twenty 45-week-age Hy-Line Brown laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 replicates per group and 8 chickens perreplicate.The birds were fed with 125 gram per day diet with metabolizable energy of 10.89MJ/kg(thecontrolgroup),11.09MJ/kg(test group A),and 11.30 MJ/kg(test group B)for limited feeding,respectively.After one week of prelimitary test,the formal ex⁃periment lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed that the average egg weight of test group B was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group and test group A,the contents of total cholesterol(TC)and triglycer⁃ide(TG)in serum of test group B was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of lysozyme(LZM)in serum was signifi⁃cantly decreased(P<0.05).The results suggested that the diet with metabolic energy at 11.09 MJ/kg could mprove the level of im⁃mune factors in blood;The diet with metabolic energy at 11.30 MJ/kg could increase the average egg weight of laying hens at late laying stage,aggravate the deposition of blood lipids in laying hens,and reduce the level of immune factors in the blood under the condition of experiment.
