摘 要:自农业农村部饲料禁抗限抗政策实施以来,关于能兼顾安全、促进健康生长的无抗饲料产品和技术研发已成为黄羽肉鸡养殖业的难题和热点。文章从黄羽肉鸡养殖现状与疫病流行特点、益生菌、酸化剂、酶制剂、植物提取物、中草药等主要替抗产品以及饲料生物发酵技术等方面综述了黄羽肉鸡无抗饲料技术的研究与应用进展,旨在为无抗饲粮配制提供参考,促进黄羽肉鸡健康养殖与安全生产。Since the implementation of anti-resistance policy promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,the development of anti-resistance feed which can combine low drug resistance with growth promotion and health protection has become a difficult and hot issue in yellow-feathered chicken production.In this paper,the research and application of non-resis⁃tant feed preparation technology for yellow-feathered chickens were reviewed from the aspects of breeding status and characteris⁃tics of epidemic diseases,development of substitute resistant products such as probiotics,acidifier,enzyme preparation,plant ex⁃tract,Chinese herbal medicine and fermentation feed technology,which would provide reference for the formulation of non-resis⁃tant diet for yellow-feathered broilers and promote healthy breeding and safe production of yellow-feathered broilers.
