摘  要:为解决生产生活中电表读数存在的人工查抄费时费力、效率低下、识别率低等问题,文章提出利用STM32单片机进行电表数字识别。首先,对采集的数字电表图像进行灰度化处理、电表读数区域识别、字符分割预处理;其次,在采集各型号电表清晰图像基础上,存储字模并建立字模数据库;最后,以STM32单片机为主控系统,控制OpenMV摄像头进行电表数字的识别。实验结果表明,在理想光照条件下,该系统的识别正确率可达到90%,能够满足数字电表的自动识别需求。In order to solve the problems of time-consuming and laborious manual checking,low efficiency and low recognition rate of electric meter reading in production and life,STM32 single chip microcomputer is proposed for digital recognition of electric meter.Firstly,gray processing,meter reading area recognition,character segmentation and preprocessing are carried out on the digital meter image collected.Secondly,on the basis of collecting the clear images of each type of meter,the font is stored and the database of the font is established.Finally,the STM32 microcontroller is used as the main control system to control the OpenMV camera to recognize the number of the meter.Experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of this system can reach 90%under ideal illumination conditions,which can meet the requirement of automatic recognition of digital electric meters.
