摘  要:棉花通过打顶可消除顶部的生长优势,调节田间棉花体内的水分、养分等物质的运输方向,促使较多的养分集中供应棉铃,减少无效枝叶对水肥的损耗。相比于人工打顶的工期长、时效低的缺点,研制作业精准度高、适用性广的棉花自动打顶机械具有良好前景。本文设计了一种多模摆幅型牵引式棉花打顶机,采用牵引式减震悬挂系统,利用计算机视觉模块对图像信号捕捉的的方式控制步进电机打顶刀头的摆幅和升降,以针对不同的棉顶进行切削作业。Remove the top can eliminate the growth advantage of the top of cotton,regulate the transportation direction of water,nutrients,and other substances in the field cotton,promote more nutrients for the growth of cotton boll,and reduce the loss of water and fertilizer caused by ineffective branches and leaves.Compared to the disadvantages of long construction period and low efficiency of manual topping,the development of automatic cotton topping machines with high operational accuracy and wide applicability has a good prospect.A multi mode swing type traction cotton topping machine was designed in this paper,which uses a traction damping suspension system and uses a computer vision module to capture image signals to control the swing and lift of the stepping motor topping cutter head to perform cutting operations for different cotton tops.
