摘  要:在采棉机上配套使用的发动机散热风扇一般都是定向吸风风扇,但是由于采棉机等收获机械作业环境粉尘和飘絮物多,整机运转一段时间后就会由于吸风风扇的吸力使散热器外罩吸附大量杂质,造成散热器外罩堵塞,散热器散热不良,出现液压系统油温升高、发动机冷却系统出现高温的现象,本文研究一项可以换向的风扇,通过对换向风扇风力大小因素进行测试分析,当外侧出现吸附杂质时可通过调整风扇角度来由吸风变为吹风,达到清理散热器表面吸附物的目的。The engine cooling fan used on the cotton picker is generally a directional suction fan.However,due to the large amount of dust and floating flocs in the operating environment of harvesting machinery,after the whole machine runs for a period of time,the suction fan will make the radiator cover absorb large number of impurities,resulting in the blockage of the radiator cover,poor heat dissipation of the radiator,high oil temperature in the hydraulic system,and high temperature in the engine cooling system,This article studies a reversible fan.By testing and analyzing the factors affecting the wind power of the reversing fan,when adsorbed impurities appear on the outside,the fan angle can be adjusted to change from suction to blowing,achieving the goal of cleaning the surface of the radiator for adsorbed substances.
