摘　　要：数字革命势必会使网络空间这一重要领域涌现出越来越多的全球安全问题,在当今的数字化时代,英国在网络空间领域安全有效网络行动的能力已成为实现英国国家目标的必要条件。2023年4月,英国政府发布《国家网络部队:实践中负责任的网络力量》报告,阐述英国国家网络部队的成立背景、行动环境、行动原则、行动类型及示例、行动规划要素、未来发展重点及下一步挑战,为全面了解英国网络部队战略、战术和网络行动提供了重要参考和借鉴意义。An inevitable consequence of the digital revolution is that cyberspace is a significant environment where global security issues are increasingly played out.In today’s digital age,the UK’s ability to operate securely and effectively in cyberspace has become necessary to delivering UK’s national goals.In April 2023,the UK government published The National Cyber Force:Responsible Cyber Power in Practice,which describes the establishment background,operational environment,operational principles,operational types and examples,operational planning elements,future development priorities and next challenges of the UK NCF(National Cyber Force),which provides important references and insights into a comprehensive understanding of the UK’s cyber force strategy,tactics,and cyber operations.
