摘 要:2022年7月,在中国云南省文山麻栗坡老山省级自然保护区采集到4号两栖纲(Am-phibia)无尾目(Anura)叉舌蛙科(Dicroglossidae)棘胸蛙属(Quasipaa)标本。标本整体体型较大,成体雄性头体长76.2~77.3 mm。背部皮肤光滑,呈黑褐色,无明显褶皱。背上部有圆条状黑色斑纹;背下部、体侧至胯部及两股散布有小疣粒;肛部及周围分布有黑色角质刺;体侧部有5或6个较大的白色圆疣;咽喉部有浅棕色斑。指端略膨大,指关节下瘤大,第一指长于第二指;趾端膨大呈圆形吸盘,趾间全蹼,趾关节下瘤明显,四肢背面有黑褐色横纹,与采自越南北干省(Bac Kan Province,Vietnam,模式产地)的Quasipaa delacouri标本形态基本一致。基于线粒体细胞色素b(Cyt b)基因片段的系统发育分析结果显示,研究样本与Q.delacouri样本聚为一支,遗传距离为6.5%。结合形态和系统发育分析结果,确定该标本为Q.delacouri,是中国两栖纲分布新纪录物种,新拟中文名为“德氏棘蛙”。标本保存于西南大学淡水鱼类资源与生殖发育教育部重点实验室。Four specimens(Amphibia,Anura,Dicroglossidae,Quasipaa)were collected in July 2022,at the Malipo Laoshan Provincial Nature Reserve,Wenshan,Yunnan Province,China.The specimens are relatively large in size,with an adult male head-body length ranging from 76.2−77.3 mm.The dorsal skin is smooth,dark brown in color,with no obvi⁃ous folds.There are circular,bar-shaped,black markings on the back.Small warts are scattered on the ventral side,flanks,thighs,and groins.Black keratinous spines are distributed around the anus.Five or six large white circular warts are on the lateral side of the body.Light brown markings are on the throat.The fingertips are slightly enlarged,the lump be⁃low the finger joint is large,and the first finger is longer than the second.The toes are enlarged and have circular sucking discs at the fingertips,with full webbing between them,and the lump below the toe joint is obvious,dark brown horizontal stripes on the back limbs.It is similar to those specimen of Quasipaa delacouri specimen collected from Bac Kan Province,Vietnam(type locality).Phylogenetic analysis based on the mitochondrial cytochrome b(Cyt b)gene fragment showed that this specimen and Q.delacouri specimens clustered together,with a genetic distance of 6.5%.Based on the morpho⁃logical and phylogenetic analysis results,the specimen is identified as Q.delacouri,a new amphibian species recorded in China,and named“德氏棘蛙”in Chinese.The specimen is currently stored in the Key Laboratory of Freshwater Fish Re⁃production and Development Ministry of Education,Southwest University.
