以新发展理念构建乡村文化振兴的机制和路径

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,不仅要“塑形”,更要“铸魂”。乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的“应有之义”“铸魂工程”“内驱动力”,能够为实现乡村振兴提供强大而持续的动力源泉。实现乡村文化振兴,要以新发展理念为指导,多主体、多内容、多途径推进,构建由思想引领、价值引领、精神驱动、载体驱动、资源驱动五方面组成的乡村文化振兴机制,并在运用新发展理念充实乡村文化内涵的基础上形成乡村文化振兴的产业路径、人才路径、生态路径、文化路径、组织路径。Implementing the rural revitalization strategy not only requires shaping the configuration,but also casting the soul.Rural cultural revitalization is the“necessary meaning”,“soul casting project”,and“internal driving force”of rural revitalization,which can provide a strong and sustainable source of power for achieving rural revitalization.To achieve rural cultural revitalization,it is necessary to take the new development concept as the guidance,promote through multiple subjects,contents,and channels,and construct a rural cultural revitalization mechanism composed of five aspects:ideological guidance,value guidance,spiritual drive,carrier drive,and resource drive.Based on the application of the new development concept to enrich the connotation of rural culture,the industrial path,talent path,ecological path,cultural path,and organizational path of rural cultural revitalization should be formed.
