摘　　要：新型农业经营主体流入农地进行规模经营已经成为现代农业发展的主要路径,通过阐述农地流转与规模经营现状及特点,分析新型农业经营主体农地流转经营中面临的主要问题,突出促进新型农业经营主体农地流转与规模经营高质量发展的对策建议,加强农地流转经营信息的管理,明确经营主体的功能定位与组织模式,构建农地流转用途管制规则体系。The inflow of the new agricultural business entities into the agricultural land for large-scale operation has become the main path of the modern agricultural development,this paper expounds the current situation and characteristics of the agricultural land transfer and large-scale operation,analyzes the main problems faced by the new agricultural business entities in agricultural land transfer and operation,highlights the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of the agricultural land transfer and large-scale operation of the new agricultural business entities,strengthening the management of agricultural land circulation management information,clarify the functional orientation and organizational model of business entities,and build a system of farmland circulation use control rules.
