摘　　要：广藿香是唇形科刺蕊草属多年生草本植物,由于连作、病虫害以及扦插、组织培养等繁殖方式影响,广蕾香已出现种质退化、抗病虫能力下降等现象,严重影响了广霍香药材质量和药效。本文从广藿香种子资源收集、育种、栽培3方面阐述广藿香种质资源收集和保护现状,广藿香产量和药效成分积累相关情况,展望基础与应用技术研究、种质资源创新、现代育种技术对广藿香的应用价值,以期更好利用广藿香种质资源。Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth is a perennial herb of the genus pogostemon in the labiatae.Due to the influence of continuous cropping obstacles,plant diseases and insect pests,as well as cuttings and tissue culture and other propagation methods,the degradation of germplasm resources and the decreasing resistance to diseases and insects of P.cablin have been observed,which have seriously affected the quality and medical efficacy of P.cablin.This article elaborates on the current status of the collection and conservation of P.cablin germplasm resources,and related factors for the accumulation of yield and pharmacodynamic components of P.cablin,from three aspects:seed resources,breeding and cultivation techniques of P.cablin.It also looks forward to the applicable value of the basic and applied technology research,germplasm resource innovation and modern breeding technology of P.cablin,aiming to better utilize the germplasm resources of P.cablin.
