摘　　要：目的构建基于循证的消化道出血护理质量指标体系,为消化道出血护理质量评价提供参考。方法以“结构-过程-结果”模式为理论框架,在检索分析国内外消化道出血护理质量控制相关指南、专家共识及研究文献的基础上,讨论筛选指标并初步拟定指标体系初稿,通过两轮专家函询形成消化道出血护理质量指标体系,并通过层次分析法确定指标权重。结果两轮专家函询的专家积极系数均为1,权威系数分别为0.885与0.900,协调系数分别为0.163,0.215。最终形成了包含3项一级指标、13项二级指标及47项三级指标的消化道出血护理质量指标体系。结论基于循证方法构建的消化道出血护理质量指标体系,形成过程科学、严谨,具有可靠性与临床适用性,权重分配合理,可为临床消化道出血护理质量的客观评价提供参考。Objective To construct an evidence-based nursing quality indicator system for gastrointestinal bleeding,providing a reference for nursing quality evaluation of gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods With the"structure-process-outcome"model as the theoretical framework,domestic and foreign guidelines,expert consensus and research literature on nursing quality control of gastrointestinal bleeding were retrieved and analyzed,then evaluation indicators were discussed and screened on this basis and the first draft of the indicator system was preliminarily drawn up.The nursing quality indicator system for gastrointestinal bleeding was formed after 2 rounds of expert consultation,and the weight of each indicator was determined through analytic hierarchy process.Results For the 2 rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficient were both 1,the authoritative coefficient was 0.885 and 0.900 respectively,and the coefficient of concordance was 0.163 and 0.215 respectively.A nursing quality indicator system for gastrointestinal bleeding consisting of 3 firstlevel indicators,13 second-level indicators and 47 third-level indicators was finally formed.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing quality indicator system for gastrointestinal bleeding is scientific,rigorous,reliable and clinically applicable with reasonable weight allocation,which can provide a reference for objective evaluation of gastrointestinal bleeding nursing quality in clinical practice.
