摘  要:硅砖中的杂质对其耐火度、荷重软化温度有一定影响,一定量的杂质能够促进石英进行晶型转化,有利于降低硅砖的真密度和热膨胀率。生产中要充分考虑各种杂质对产品不同性能的影响,科学控制Na_(2)O、K_(2)O和Al_(2)O_(3)等杂质含量,使产品的综合性能更好。The impurities in silica brick have a certain effect on it s refractoriness and refractoriness under load,a certain amount of impurities can promote the crystal transformation of quartz,which is beneficial to reduce the true density and thermal expansion coefficient of silica brick.The effects of various impurities on different properties of the product should be fully considered in the production,and the contents of impurities such as Na_(2)O,K_(2)O and Al_(2)O_(3) should be scientifically controlled so as to improve the comprehensive properties of the product.
