摘　　要：国外某钢铁公司(以下简称A公司)配置120 t转炉两座,LF炉一座,165 mm×165 mm七机七流小方坯连铸机2座,四机四流矩形坯连铸机1座,LF精炼比例约10%,主要产品为B500B、HRB400、Q195L和SS400系列。本文结合现场应用实践,介绍了A钢厂120t钢包自动开浇率的影响因素和改善措施等。A foreign steel company(hereinafter referred to as Company A)has been equipped with two 120 t converters and one LF,two 7-strand billet CCM of 165 mm×165 mm,and one 4-strand rectangular billet CCM.Company A has a LF refining ratio of about 10%and mainly produces B500B series,HRB400 series,Q195L and SS400 products.This paper introduces the influencing factors and improvement measures of improving the automatic casting rate of the 120 t ladle in the Company A based on hands-on experience.
