高炉煤气TGS680石灰窑生产碱性球团溶剂的实践与技术探讨

摘　　要：为了提高社会效益和经济效益,对高炉炼铁炉料提出了更高的要求,因此高炉应用裹皮高镁碱性球团配加高碱度烧结矿成为高炉炉料结构的一次革命性进步。而碱性球团在生产过程中需配加优质石灰和轻烧白云石,为石灰行业提供了新的应用市场。本文根据高炉煤气TGS680石灰窑生产碱性球团溶剂的实践,对碱性球团溶剂质量标准及其使用方式进行了探讨。In order to improve the social and economic benefits,higher requirements are put forward for blast furnace ironmaking burdens.Therefore,the application of high magnesium alkalinity pellet and high alkali sintering ore in blast furnace has become a revolutionary progress in blast furnace burden structure.Alkalinity pellets need high quality lime and light-burned dolomite in the production process,which provides a new application market for lime industry.Based on the practice of producing alkalinity pellet solvent in TGS680 lime kiln with blast furnace gas,the quality standard of alkalinity pellet solvent and its usage are discussed.
