摘  要:为解决大量分布式电源接入公用电网后造成相关继电保护及安全自动装置误动或拒动的问题,基于智能电网调度控制系统D5000设计了一种分布式电源孤网运行识别模块。该模块正常时可用来搜寻分布式电源接入点的供电路径,并形成分布式电源主供路径拓扑。当系统运行方式发生变化且造成并网分布式电源孤网运行时,该模块能及时调用D5000遥控接口将并网分布式电源切除,确保公用电网继电保护正确可靠动作。经实际电网模拟测试,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。In order to solve the problems of relay protection and automatic device malfunction or rejection when a large number of distributed generation connected to the public network,a distributed generation isolated network operation identification module is designed based on D5000 power grid intelligent dispatch control system.The module can be used to search the power supply path of the distributed generation access point and form the main supply path topology.When the operation mode of the system changes and causes the isolated operation of the grid-connected distributed generation,the module can call D5000 remote control interface in time to cut off the grid-connected distributed generation,to ensure the correct and reliable operation of the public grid relay protection.The validity and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by the actual power network simulation test.
