摘 要:传统甲基丙烯酸-3,4-环氧环己基甲酯制备工艺易发生自聚合等副反应并产生副产物,且副产品混杂于目标产品中难以去除,导致产品收益率降低和生产成本升高。文章提出了微通道反应制备甲基丙烯酸-3,4-环氧环己基甲酯的工艺,详细阐述了工艺技术流程,并通过设计实验方案和比较方案,研究了微通道反应制备甲基丙烯酸-3,4-环氧环己基甲酯中工艺参数影响。The traditional preparation process of 3,4-epoxycyclohexyl methyl methacrylate is prone to self polymerization and other side reactions,resulting in byproducts that are diff icult to remove when mixed with the target product,resulting in reduced product yield and increased production costs.The article proposes a process for preparing methyl methacrylate-3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl ester through microchannel reaction,elaborates on the technical process,and studies the influence of process parameters in the preparation of methyl methacrylate-3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl ester through the design of experimental and comparative plans.
