摘  要:全面落实“习近平生态文明思想”,黄河流域生态环境保护与高质量发展,针对陇东油区水基钻井废液成分复杂、色度高、悬浮物、COD含量高、污染严重的的问题,结合前期试验以及长庆油田公司部署的在陇东油区全面推广泥浆不落地技术要求。文章通过陇东油区钻井废液处理“板框压滤”技术应用情况分析及现场管理流程梳理,实现陇东油区钻井泥浆岩屑“不落地+资源化利用”。基于此,文章针对甘肃长庆油田陇东区域水基泥浆不落地技术的改进展开研究,并提出具体的应用策略。To fully implement the idea of“ecological civilization”,ecological environment protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,aiming at the problems of complex composition,high chroma,suspended matter,high COD content and serious pollution of water-based drilling waste liquid in Longdong oil area,combined with the preliminary test and the deployment of Changqing oilf ield company in Longdong oil area to popularize mud technology without falling.In this paper,through the analysis of the application of“plate and frame press f iltration”technology in the treatment of drilling liquid waste in Longdong oil area and the sorting out of the f ield management process,the drilling mud cuttings in Longdong oil area can be“not landed+resource utilization”.Based on this,this paper studies the improvement of water-based mud non-landing technology in Longdong area of Changqing oilf ield,Gansu Province,and puts forward specif ic application strategies.
