摘  要:课题研究炭黑结构度、粒径及并用量变化对NBR硫化胶不同拉伸力学行为及磨耗性能的影响。结果表明,炭黑结构度降低、粒径增大、并用量提高,胶料ML、MH降低,t10延长;硫化胶力学性能随炭黑结构度、拉伸速度降低均会有所下降;炭黑结构度过低、平均粒径过大,诱发应力集中效应,力学性能下降明显;硫化胶耐磨性随炭黑结构度降低、粒径增大、并用量增加呈线性关系下降。The effects of carbon black structure,particle size and mixing amount on different tensile mechanical behavior and wear properties of NBR vulcanizate were studied.The results show that the structure degree of carbon black decreases,the particle size increases,and the amount of carbon black increases,the ML and MH decrease,and T10 lengthen.The mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber will decrease with the decrease of carbon black structure and tensile speed.When the structure of carbon black is too low and the average particle size is too large,the stress concentration effect is induced and the mechanical properties decrease obviously.The wear resistance of vulcanized rubber decreases linearly with the decrease of carbon black structure,the increase of particle size and the increase of mixing amount.
