摘 要:试验旨在研究不同饲料样品质量、不同粉碎粒度对饲料能量测定结果的影响。选用14种单一饲料和6种配合饲料,采用单因子设计,分别考察不同样品质量(0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2 g)和不同粉碎粒度(40、60、80、100目)对饲料总能测定结果的影响。结果表明:样品质量对玉米、生大豆粉、乳清粉、未膨化亚麻籽4种单一饲料和猪浓缩饲料1总能测定结果的影响差异显著(P<0.05),对小麦、豆粕、鱼粉等11种单一饲料以及鸡配合饲料、小鼠配合饲料、猪浓缩饲料2总能测定结果没有显著影响(P>0.05);粉碎粒度对玉米、小麦、猪配合饲料1以及猪配合饲料2总能测定结果的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,玉米、生大豆粉、乳清粉、未膨化亚麻籽4种原料能量测定时样品的最适质量范围为0.8~1.0 g,小麦、豆粕、鱼粉等10种单一饲料的样品质量为0.6~1.0g时稳定性更好;而玉米粉碎粒度为60目、小麦粉碎粒度为80目、猪配合饲料在粉碎粒度为60~80目较为适宜。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different feed mass and particle size on the determination of feed energy.Fourteen feedstuffs and six compound feeds were selected to determine the gross energy by single factor design with different feed mass(0.4,0.6,0.81.0 g and 1.2 g)and particle size(40,60,80 and 100 mesh).The results showed that feed mass had significant effect on the gross energy of corn,raw soybean,whey powder,flaxseed and concentrated feed 1(P<0.05).While no significant effect was observed on the other 11 unitary feedstuffs,such as wheat,soybean meal,fish meal etc.,as well as broiler compound feed,mice compound feed and pig concentrated feed 2(P>0.05).The gross energy of corn,wheat,pig compound feed 1 and 2 were significantly affected by the feed particle(P<0.05).These results indicated that the optimum mass range of samples for gross energy determination of corn,raw soybean,whey powder and flaxseeds were 0.8-1.0 g,and the others were 0.6-1.0 g.On the other hand,the appropriate particle size for gross energy determination as follows:60 mesh for corn,80 mesh for wheat and 60-80 mesh pig compound feeds.
