摘 要:目的构建科学、合理的大学生艾滋病健康教育与行为干预评价指标体系,提升大学生艾滋病防控水平。方法在文献回顾和政策解读基础上,构建指标体系基本框架,用Delphi法和层次分析法等对指标体系进行论证并确定权重。结果构建的指标体系包含4个一级指标、9个二级指标和27个三级指标,一级指标权重从高到低依次为“行为倾向”“行为改变”“行为强化”“行为促成”。结论层次结构模型一致性较好,指标权重层次清晰,评价指标体系内容全面,紧扣全方位健康教育格局,具备较好的科学性和可靠性。Objective To construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of AIDS health education and behavior intervention for college students,and improve the level of AIDS prevention and control among college students.Methods On the basis of literature review and policy interpretation,the basic framework of index system was constructed.Delphi method and hierarchical analysis were used to demonstrate the index system and determine the weight.Results An evaluation index system consisting of 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 27 third-level indicators was constructed.The weights of first-level indicators were“behavioral tendency”,“behavioral change”,“behavioral reinforcement”and“behavioral promotion”from high to low.Conclusion The hierarchical structure model has good consistency,and the index weight level is clear.The evaluation index system has comprehensive content,closely related to the pattern of all-round health education,and is scientific and reliable.
