摘 要:以R600a/R290、R290/R170、R134a/R23、R600a/R23混合工质在单级压缩回热循环下进行理论分析,设定循环模型的冷凝温度为30℃,蒸发温度为-60℃,使用NIST9.1软件和Aspen Plus模拟软件研究不同混合制冷剂对循环的影响规律。通过各配比下的蒸发压力和压比分析得出,R600a/R290配比组合不合适系统运行。通过各配比下的制冷量和能效系数(COP)变化及排气温度和功率变化综合分析得出,R290/R170配比组合较为合理,且存在随着低沸点组分占比的增加,制冷量、COP、排气温度和功率也会增加的变化规律。R290/R170质量比例为6∶4时适用于单级压缩回热系统。R600a/R290,R290/R170,R134a/R23 and R600a/R23 hybrid working fluids were theoretically analyzed under a single-stage compression and heat return cycle,and the condensation temperature of the cycle model was set to 30℃and the evaporation temperature to-60℃.By using NIST9.1 software and Aspen Plus simulation software to study the influence of different mixed refrigerants on the cycle.The R600a/R290 ratio combination is not suitable for system operation through the analysis of evaporation pressure and pressure ratio under each ratio.Through the comprehensive analysis of the changes of cooling capacity and COP and the change of exhaust temperature and power under each ratio,the combination of R290/R170 ratio is reasonable,and there is a change law that with the increase of the proportion of low boiling point components,the cooling capacity,COP,exhaust temperature and power will also increase.When the mass ratio of the mixed refrigerant is 6∶4,the system is suitable for single-stage compression and reheating systems.
