摘  要:高效钨捕收剂是细粒级钨资源浮选回收的关键因素。通过单矿物浮选试验研究了新型螯合捕收剂GYX和经典捕收剂GYB对白钨矿、黑钨矿以及主要脉石矿物的浮选行为影响,结果表明:采用GYX捕收剂对白钨矿和黑钨矿的最高浮选回收率与采用GYB相近,对萤石的浮选回收率比采用GYB低5个百分点,捕收剂药剂用量减少约50%。在此基础上,以某萤石含量高的钨多金属矿为试验对象,在原矿磨矿细度为-0.074mm占82.35%条件下,对含WO_(3)0.34%、CaF_(2)29.42%的原矿,采用GYX作钨捕收剂,进行钨浮选闭路试验可获得含WO_(3)40.57%、钨回收率为74.90%的钨精矿,取得较好的试验指标。The research and development of high-efficiency tungsten collectors is the key to efficient recovery of fine-grained tungsten resources.The flotation behavior of wolframite,scheelite and main gangue minerals was studied by new collector GYX and GYB through single mineral flotation experiments.Then the collection mechanism of GYX collector for wolframite and scheelite was studied.The results show that:the highest flotation recovery of GYX for wolframite and scheelite was similar to that of GYB,the dosage of reagents was reduced by 50%,and the flotation recovery rate for fluorite was 5%lower than that of GYB.When the grinding fineness of raw ore was 82.35%-0.074 mm and the feed contained 0.34%WO_(3)and 29.42%CaF_(2),the tungsten concentrate with a grade of 40.57%WO_(3)was obtained in the closed-circuit test,its WO_(3)recovery was 74.90%.
