福州马厂街区历史建筑群的可持续设计探索

摘　　要：要福州马厂街区历史悠久,建筑风格受西方影响,形成了中西合璧的特征。这些建筑蕴含着福州的历史与社会文化,是城市发展的印记。对现有历史建筑的可持续设计是城市更新与历史文化延续的需要。针对福州马厂街区的现状分析其建筑特征,思考当下马厂街区历史建筑的可持续设计方法,以此试图探索一条适合马厂街区发展的建筑历史文化传承思路,为当下近代历史建筑的保护与再利用提供一定的参考作用。Fuzhou Machang block has a long history,and its architectural style is influenced by the west,forming the characteristics of a combination of Chinese and western.These buildings contain the history and social culture of Fuzhou and are the mark of urban development.The sustainable design of existing historical buildings is the need of urban renewal and the continuation of history and culture.According to the current situation of Machang block in Fuzhou,we analyze its architectural characteristics,and consider the sustainable design method of historical buildings in Machang block,finally we try to explore an architectural historical and cultural inheritance idea suitable for the development of Machang block,so as to provide some reference for the protection and reuse of modern historical buildings.
