摘 要:建筑能耗同时受到诸多设计因素的共同影响,为了研究比较多个因素对能耗影响的先后顺序及显著性,该文针对上海地区办公建筑,以降低采暖供冷能耗为目标,基于正交试验设计法,采用eQUEST软件模拟分析了8个被动式设计因素对能耗的影响程度,并利用极差法和敏感度分析对各因素进行了排序。研究得出,对建筑能耗影响重要性由大到小排序为:窗墙比>平面形状因子>建筑层高>外窗遮阳系数>外窗传热系数>服务功能比例>外墙屋面平均传热系数>外墙屋面太阳辐射吸收系数。其中,对建筑能耗影响最大的是窗墙比,其权重明显超过其他因素。Building energy consumption is affected by many design factors at the same time.In order to compare the sequence and significance of the impact of multiple factors on energy consumption,we investigate high-rise office buildings with the aim of reducing heating and cooling energy consumption.Based on orthogonal experimental design,the influence degree of 8 passive design factors on energy consumption is analyzed by using eQUEST software.The factors are thus sorted by extremum difference analysis and sensitivity analysis.Results show that from high to low the factors can be sorted as:window to wall ratio,plane shape factor,building floor height,exterior window shading coefficient,heat transfer coefficient of exterior window,proportion of service area,average heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall and roof,solar radiation absorption coefficient of exterior wall and roof.Among them,window to wall ratio has the highest impact on building energy consumption,which is much higher than other factors.
