“问题就是时代的口号”——一个具有重大现实意义的论断

摘　　要：“问题就是时代的口号”这一论断是马克思在讨论国家权力和现实的关系的文章《集权问题》中提出来的。这个论断建立在历史唯物主义的哲学基础之上,是历史唯物主义的题中之义。马克思的所有著作和革命活动,都是从社会现实问题出发,提出新问题,解决老问题。历代共产党人在革命和社会主义建设中也将“问题就是时代的口号”作为一条重要的思想和工作路线来贯彻执行。当前,我国面临着严峻的国际环境和诸多国内现实新问题,马克思“问题就是时代的口号”的论断具有重大的现实意义。作为从事马克思主义理论研究和实践活动的共产党人,应当正确理解把握、坚决贯彻执行马克思的这一正确论断,实事求是、卓有成效地解决中国当前面临的现实问题,开创中国发展的新未来。In his article“The Question of Centralization,”Karl Marx proposed the idea that“questions are voices of the time”,examining the interplay between state power and reality.This notion stems from the philosophy of historical materialism and serves as a core tenet within this framework.Marx critically challenged idealistic perspectives that divorced themselves from reality,be it through the abstract national concept in Hegelian philosophy or limited visions and narrow thought patterns when observing social realities.All of Marx’s works and revolutionary endeavors were rooted in practical social issues,bringing forth new questions while offering solutions to existing ones.Lenin,following Marx’s theory of historical materialism,successfully led the October Socialist Revolution in Russia and contributed to socialist construction.Similarly,Comrade Mao Zedong did the same in leading China’s New-Democratic Revolution and subsequent socialist revolution and construction.Today,China confronts the challenges of a complex international environment and significant domestic issues.Thus,Marx’s notion that“questions are voices of the time”is of immense practical significance for us.Engaged in Marxist theoretical research and practical endeavors,it is incumbent upon communist party members to comprehend,grasp,and implement Marx’s accurate proposition.By seeking truth from facts and effectively addressing China’s current practical problems,we can forge a new future for its development.
