摘　　要：传统的电式渗压监测传感器普遍存在精度低、长期稳定性差等缺点,很难满足长期高精度监测要求.结合波纹膜片的压力敏感特性以及光纤布拉格光栅(Fiber Bragg Grating,FBG)的应变传感特性,研发了一种适用于岩土体渗压监测的波纹膜片式FBG传感器,克服了传统传感器的不足.传感器的性能测试以及与常规传感器的模型对比试验结果表明:在量程0~100 kPa范围内该FBG渗压传感器具有较高灵敏度和线性度;在模型试验中传感器的测量稳定性较好,实时性优越,能够适用于岩土体渗压小范围变化内的测量.The traditional electronic seepage pressure monitoring sensors generally have some shortcomings,for example,they can not guarantee the accuracy of the measurement.Besides,the stability of these sensors is not good in the long-term engineering field measurement.The shortcomings mentioned above make it difficult for traditional seepage pressure sensors to meet the requirements of long-term and high-precision monitoring.Combined with the pressure sensitive characteristics of corrugated diaphragm and the strain sensing characteristics of Fiber Bragg grating(FBG),a corrugated diaphragm type FBG sensor suitable for seepage pressure monitoring of rock and soil mass was developed,which overcomes the deficiency of traditional sensors.For the new seepage pressure sensor,the performance test and model comparison test with conventional sensors are carried out.The results of the above two groups of experiments show that:the FBG seepage pressure sensor has high sensitivity and linearity in the range of 0~100 kPa;in the model test,the sensor has good stability and real-time performance,and can be applied to the measurement of rock and soil seepage pressure in a small range.
