建筑节能理念下工程造价投标管理要点研究

摘　　要：随着市场需求不断提高,建筑市场的竞争压力也在不断增大,企业为了能在严峻的竞争环境中保持稳定的增长,需要提高工程造价管理水平。工程造价贯穿了工程建设的全过程,从项目招投标到最后的项目结算,均与工程造价相关。基于此,文章阐述了建筑节能理念下工程造价投标管理的必要性以及建筑节能与工程造价的关系,分析了工程造价投标管理存在的问题,研究了建筑节能理念下工程造价投标管理要点,以期为相关工作提供参考。With the continuous increase in market demand,the competitive pressure in the construction market is also increasing.In order to maintain stable growth in the severe competitive environment,enterprises need to improve their engineering cost management level.Engineering cost runs through the entire process of engineering construction,from project bidding to final project settlement,all of which are related to engineering cost.Based on this,the article elaborates on the necessity of engineering cost bidding management under the concept of building energy conservation,as well as the relationship between building energy conservation and engineering cost.It analyzes the problems in engineering cost bidding management,and studies the key points of engineering cost bidding management under the concept of building energy conservation,in order to provide reference for related work.
