摘　　要：阐述一种10MHz参考时钟的发生电路设计,不仅满足了示波器内部各功能模块对参考时钟的设计要求,而且实现了10MHz参考时钟对外输出的功能。该时钟发生电路具有功耗小、精度高、调试方便以及可靠性高的优点。This paper describes the design of a 10MHz reference clock generation circuit,which not only meets the design requirements of the internal function modules of the oscilloscope for the reference clock,but also realizes the external output function of the 10MHz reference clock.The clock generation circuit has the advantages of low power consumption,high precision,convenient debugging and high reliability.
