摘　　要：阐述电工电子教学中的创新思维培养策略,加强启发引导、激发学生创新思维,重视实践动手、开发学生创新能力和思考能力、优化创新想法,组织互动交流、交换学生创新观点。This paper expounds the cultivation strategy of innovative thinking in electrical and electronic teaching,strengthens the inspiration and guidance,stimulates students'innovative thinking,attaches importance to practice,develops students'innovative ability and thinking ability,optimizes innovative ideas,organizes interactive exchanges,and exchanges students'innovative ideas.
