摘　　要：阐述熔融沉积制造工艺,3D打印机的机械结构优化设计,探讨机械结构各个模块的设计,完成机械结构的有限元分析,3D打印机的硬件选型。结果表明,在力学性能和精度上均符合预期要求。This paper describes the fused deposition manufacturing process,the mechanical structure optimization design of 3D printer,discusses the design of each module of mechanical structure,completes the finite element analysis of mechanical structure,and selects the hardware of 3D printer.The results show that the mechanical properties and accuracy meet the expected requirements.
