摘  要:刃口钝化后的可换式钻头可提高钻削表面质量、钻削稳定性以及刀具寿命,故研究可换式钻头刃口钝化对钻削过程中的切削加工机理、切削参数优化和提高加工效率具有重要意义。利用抛光钝化机制备不同刃口钝化值的可换式钻尖,进而开展钻削实验,探究刃口钝化值、切削速度、进给量三个参数对切削力、表面质量以及钻尖使用寿命的影响规律;利用均值分析法,基于切削性能最优解给出优化切削参数组合。实验结果表明:进给量对轴向力和表面粗糙度的影响最大,刃口钝化对钻尖寿命的影响最大;基于轴向力的最优参数组合为刃口钝化值0.01mm、切削速度120m/min及进给量0.05mm/r,基于表面质量的最优参数组合为刃口钝化值0.03mm、切削速度100m/min及进给量0.05mm/r,基于钻尖寿命的最优参数组合为刃口钝化值0.03mm、切削速度100m/min及进给量0.15mm/r。The indexable drill after edge passivation can improve the drilling surface quality, tool drilling stability and tool life.The study of the passivation of interchangeable drill bit edges is of great significance for the cutting mechanism, optimization of cutting parameters.This paper uses a polishing passivation mechanism to prepare interchangeable drill tips with different edge passivation values, and then conducts drilling experiments to explore the influence of the three parameters of edge passivation value, cutting speed, feed rate on cutting force, surface quality and drill tip service life.Finally, using mean analysis method, based on the drill tip service life, the selection of optimized cutting parameter combinations are given.The results show that feed rate has the greatest effect on axial force and surface quality, and edge passivation value has the greatest effect on drill tip life.The optimum parameters for cutting force are edge passivation value of 0.01mm, cutting speed of 120m/min and feed rate of 0.05mm/r.The optimum parameters for surface quality are edge passivation value of 0.03mm, cutting speed of 100m/min and feed rate of 0.05mm/r.The optimum parameters for drill tip service life are cutting edge dulling value of 0.03mm, cutting speed of 100m/min and feed rate of 0.15mm/r.
