摘  要:针对PCBN刀具实际应用中的崩刃情况,通过切削实验并结合多年实践经验,提出了控制切削力和刀尖受力极限以解决崩刃现象。分析了刀片参数和切削参数对切削力和刀尖受力极限的影响因素及变化关系,提出合理的刀片参数具有增强刀尖受力极限和增加切削力的作用,在实际应用中,通过降低切削力和调整参数确保刀尖受力极限超过切削力。研究切削参数对切削温度影响时发现,提高切削温度可软化金属,大幅降低切削力,PCBN刀具更适合高速切削。Through cutting experiments and years of practical experience, the cutting force and cutting edge strength are proposed to solve the chipping phenomenon of PCBN inserts.Through cutting experiments, the influencing factors and relationship of insert parameters and cutting parameters on cutting force and cutting edge strength are analyzed.The reasonable blade parameters can enhance the strength of the cutting edge and increase the cutting force.In practical applications, the cutting force cannot be reduced blindly.It is important to balance the changing trends of the two to ensure that the strength of the cutting edge exceeds the cutting force.The influence of cutting parameters on cutting temperature is studied, and it is found that the increase of cutting temperature can soften the metal and greatly reduce the cutting force.This point is incomprehensible for traditional cutting, PCBN tools are more suitable for high-speed cutting.
